1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyPage ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

MyPage is a platform where content creators, writers, designers, developers, photographers, or any other branch can monetize their content by receiving subscriptions from their most loyal followers or anyone who likes their work. Creators can create both free and premium posts for their subscribers.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

4. Subscription and Payments

Creators on MyPage may offer free and premium content. Users may subscribe to a creator's premium content by making payments as specified by the creator. Payments are processed securely through payment gateway. All sales with real money, including transactions with virtual currency within the platform, are final. Users acknowledge and agree that once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these TOS.

5. Content Guidelines

Creators are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. Content must comply with our guidelines and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content on MyPage, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform for any reason, without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these TOS from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated TOS constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Finality of Sales

All sales on MyPage are final. Users acknowledge and agree that once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these TOS.

10. Virtual Currency Transactions

All transactions conducted with virtual currency within the MyPage platform are final. Users acknowledge and agree that once a virtual currency transaction is completed, it is non-reversible, except as otherwise expressly stated in these TOS.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of internatinal use.

 

13. Restrictions on External Links

By using MyPage, you agree to the following restrictions on external links:

13.1. External Links in User Content

Users are prohibited from including external links in their posts, comments, or any other content shared on MyPage. This includes, but is not limited to, links leading to external websites, social media profiles, or any online content hosted outside of MyPage.

13.2. Redirecting Users to External Sites

Users are not allowed to engage in activities that intentionally redirect or guide MyPage users to external websites or platforms. This includes the use of link shorteners, third-party URL redirection services, or any other method aimed at diverting users away from MyPage.

13.3. Consequences for Violation

Violating the restrictions on external links may result in actions taken by MyPage, including but not limited to the removal of content, suspension, or termination of the user's account. MyPage reserves the right to enforce these restrictions to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

13.4. Exceptions

Exceptions to these restrictions may be granted in specific circumstances with prior written consent from MyPage. To request an exception, please contact our support team.

 

14. Restrictions on Private Messages and File Sharing

By using MyPage, you agree to the following restrictions on private messages and file sharing:

14.1. Redirecting Users in Private Messages

Users are expressly prohibited from sending private messages that contain external links or utilize redirection to guide recipients to other websites or platforms outside of MyPage. This includes any attempt to redirect users through the use of URL shorteners or similar services.

14.2. File Sharing with Redirection

Users are not allowed to share files in private messages that contain redirection links, leading to external websites, or platforms. Any attempt to share files with embedded redirection links is a violation of this policy.

14.3. Encouraging Users to Go to Other Platforms

Users shall not use private messages or any form of communication on MyPage to encourage or persuade recipients to visit other platforms or websites, whether directly or indirectly.

14.4. Consequences for Violation

Violating the restrictions on private messages and file sharing may result in actions taken by MyPage, including but not limited to the removal of content, suspension, or termination of the user's account. MyPage reserves the right to enforce these restrictions to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

14.5. Exceptions

Exceptions to these restrictions may be granted in specific circumstances with prior written consent from MyPage. To request an exception, please contact our support team.

15. Reporting Creators and refund

  15.1. If a Creator is not active and dont aswer or post please report his action and if we decide to take his page down you while get about 10 Euros in your account to spend.
  15.2. If a Creator is not aswer in about 48-72 hours in PM you cand file for a refund if you pay him a TIP in privat or direcly to page.
  15.3. If you find Creators that have more then 15 days from the last post and you report them and we decide to take tha page down for inactivit you win 10 Euros.
